Easter Seals PEI Chair

Pat is a Rotary member of the Montague and Eastern PEI club since 2015. She is a retired educator in teaching and administrative positions for 38 years, working in schools on PEI and in Alberta.

She has been involved with Easter Seals since joining Rotary and is passionate about supporting individuals living with disabilities. This has been a natural extension of working with individuals and families facing challenges and needing such support in schools.

Pat enjoys RV camping, travelling, golfing and leads an active life in hiking, biking and swimming.

Regan grew up in York, PE and is a graduate of the University of Prince Edward Island. He received his Chartered Accounting (CA) designation in 1989 and is currently the owner of Signature Accounting & Tax. Regan is an active member of the Rotary Club of Charlottetown. And has been a board member of Easter Seals PEI since 2012, twice serving as Campaign Chair. Regan also served for 2 years as Board Chair for Easter Seals Canada and is currently serving that organization as Past Chair. Prince Edward Island is his life-long home.

Lorna grew up in eastern PEI, graduating from UPEI in 1987 (B Ed, BA).  She retired after 32  years as an educator and currently works as a Mentoring Coordinator with Big Brothers Big Sisters PEI.  Lorna has been part of the Easter Seals Committee for the past couple of years.  
Cheryl Koughan

Cheryl Koughan

Cheryl grew up in Donagh and has been a member of the Easter Seals Provincial Committee since 2019 and joined the Rotary Club of Charlottetown in 2024. 

She has worked in health care for the past 20 years and is presently a Support Service Worker at the Provincial Addiction Centre in Mount Herbert. She is an active member of CUPE and enjoys her many roles with the organization. 

She loves being ‘Nana’ to her two grandchildren and enjoys helping others any way she can.

Dr. Scott Mollins

Dr. Scott Mollins

Scott has been a member of the Rotary Club of Summerside since 2008. He is a retired dentist, having been in private practice for 37 years. Scott chairs the Easter Seals and Community Services committees within his Rotary Club and is the President of the Board of Directors of Community Connections in Summerside.

Born and raised in Summerside, Scott enjoys most outdoor motor sports, fishing, gardening, biking and various other hobbies.

Joannie Morrison

Joanie has been a member of the Montague & Eastern PEI Rotary club since 2018.  She is a retired admin assistant with Health PEI for 17 years, working as a Ward Clerk at Kings County Memorial Hospital and with the Diabetic Education Program.
Joanie serves on the Easter Seals committee within her rotary club and is eager to continue supporting individuals living with disabilities.
In her spare time, Joanie enjoys; playing music, spending time with her grandchildren, camping, gardening and golf.
Rushell MacDonald

Rushell MacDonald

New to the committee, Rushell MacDonald has worked in the health and human services field for 15 years. She is a dedicated advocate for accessibility and inclusion on Prince Edward Island.  Rushell is actively involved in community initiatives that promote awareness, inclusivity, and opportunities for individuals of all abilities. Her goal as part of her work is to ensure that Islanders living with disabilities have the resources and supports they need. In her spare time, Rushell likes to curl in the winter and garden in the summer.

Jennifer Scott

Jennifer Scott

Jennifer grew up in Montague and has been a Rotary Club of Montague & Eastern PEI member since 2013. She is President/Owner of A Touch of Gold in Montague, and during her career of 45 years, has held many executive positions, such as President and Director of the Canadian Jewellery Group and Atlantic Provinces Jewellers.

Outside of work, she has volunteered on community boards including Curling, Kindergarten and Tourism East. She has had many accomplishments, including representing PEI in 1979, 1988 and 2014 Curling Nationals. On the PEI business side, she has won the 2009 Enduring Business of the Year in 2013 and 2020 was the Eastern Retailer of the Year.

Jennifer has been involved with Easter Seals PEI since 2020 at the club and provincial level and enjoys supporting an organization spearheaded to help those with accessibility and disability challenges. Presently, she is Chair of “Treasure in the Trunk,” an annual fundraiser and on the committees for “Fall Frolic” and “Rotary Goldmine”. Jennifer enjoys RV travelling, kayaking, cooking, beach days and sea glass hunting, walking and camping, and cheering on grandchildren at hockey games. Jennifer enjoys time with family and friends and
the social aspect of life. Live each day – like no tomorrow!

Helen recently celebrated her first anniversary with Easter Seals PEI following her successful 28-year career with the QEH Foundation.

“I always loved my work with NICU babies and their families and now I get to work with Ambassador Remi Dean who was only three pounds when she was born. I am pleased to help Islanders like her who are living with disabilities and I enjoy making their lives a little easier through projects funded by Easter Seals.”

Helen loves being outdoors especially biking  and hiking Island trails in the summer and ice-skating in the winter.
